- Testing Phase: Maximum 25% refund of total project cost
- Post-Delivery: No refund after final delivery and acceptance
2.3 Cloud Solutions
For cloud infrastructure and migration services:
- Planning Phase: 80% refund if cancelled before implementation begins
- Implementation Phase: Refund based on work completed and resources consumed
- Ongoing Services: 30-day notice required for service termination
2.4 Training and Support Services
For training and ongoing support:
- Training Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session
- Support Contracts: Pro-rated refund for unused support hours
- Completed Training: No refund for completed training sessions
3. Cancellation Process

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), Lakshmi Enterprises reserves the right to:
- Suspend services temporarily
- Modify project timelines
- Negotiate alternative arrangements with clients
7. Dispute Resolution
