2.1 Construction Materials
For building materials (Steel, Cement, Bricks, etc.):
- Before Dispatch: Full refund if cancellation is made before the order is dispatched
from our warehouse.
- After Dispatch: Refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping
costs.
- Used or Opened Materials: No refund for materials that have been used, tampered
with, or opened.
2.2 General Trading Items
For other traded goods:
- Damaged Goods: 100% refund or replacement if the goods are reported damaged upon
delivery.
- Change of Mind: Refund possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to original
packaging and a restocking fee.
- Special Orders: No refund for specially sourced or custom-manufactured materials.
2.4 Training and Support Services
For training and ongoing support:
- Training Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session
- Support Contracts: Pro-rated refund for unused support hours
- Completed Training: No refund for completed training sessions
3. Cancellation Process
3.1 How to Cancel
To cancel a service, you must:

- Include your project/service reference number
- Specify the reason for cancellation
- Provide your contact information for processing
3.2 Cancellation Timeline
We will process your cancellation request within 5-7 business days and provide you with:

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Bank transfers for direct bank payments
- Credit/debit card refunds for card payments
- UPI refunds for UPI transactions

5. Non-Refundable Items

- Third-party software licenses purchased on behalf of the client
- Domain registrations and hosting fees
- Completed and delivered work products
- Training sessions that have been conducted
- Consulting services that have been delivered
- Any services where the client has breached the service agreement
6. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), Lakshmi
reserves the right to:
- Suspend services temporarily
- Modify project timelines
- Negotiate alternative arrangements with clients
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

- We will review your case within 10 business days
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- We will provide free revisions to address the issues
- If issues cannot be resolved, we will provide a partial or full refund
8.2 Project Delays
If we fail to meet agreed project timelines due to our fault:
- We will provide compensation in the form of additional services
- In extreme cases, we may offer a partial refund
- Client-caused delays are not eligible for refunds
